Cumon Kids Playschool and Day Care values the trust and satisfaction of our parents and guardians. We strive to provide the best possible care and education for your child. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is requested. Our refund policy is as follows:
1. Admission & Registration Fees:
- The admission and registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
2. Tuition Fees:
- If a parent wishes to withdraw their child before the start of a session, a refund request must be submitted in writing at least 15 days before the session begins. A 50% refund of the tuition fee will be provided.
- If the child is withdrawn within one week after the session begins, a 25% refund of the tuition fee will be provided.
- No refund will be issued if the child is withdrawn after one week of the session’s commencement.
3. Day Care Fees:
- If a child is withdrawn from the day care service, a prorated refund will be issued only if a 30-day notice is provided in writing.
- Emergency withdrawals may be considered on a case-by-case basis, with refunds subject to management discretion.
4. Activity & Miscellaneous Fees:
- Fees paid for special activities, field trips, or extracurricular programs are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Cumon Kids Playschool and Day Care.
5. Refund Processing:
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the administration.
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 15 business days via the original payment method.
- Any applicable bank or processing charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
6. Exceptions:
- In case of medical emergencies or relocation, the management may consider partial refunds on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documents may be required.
Cumon Kids Playschool and Day Care reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to parents in advance.
